THE FINANCIAL STARTING POINT
Typically over £200,000
Annual net profit is our typical starting threshold. We then look at the underlying business and what supports those earnings.
AERON MATHERS / BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS
Considering a sale, succession or a different pace of life? I’m interested in acquiring established businesses with annual net profit typically over £200,000 and an open-minded management team.
An open mind on sector. A considered approach to the business.

Property investor.
Board advisor.
Business acquirer.
01 / EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE CONVERSATION
You want to know who you’re talking to—and whether they understand what you’ve built.
I’m open to businesses across different sectors. That doesn’t mean every business is the right acquisition. We typically look for annual net profit above £200,000, an established management team and an open-minded approach. Then we explore how the business works and whether there is a sensible way forward for both sides.
I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in UK residential and commercial property, alongside my role as a Board Advisor at Moreways Group Ltd. My focus now includes small-business acquisitions, with the same attention to people, structure and long-term value.

THE FINANCIAL STARTING POINT
Annual net profit is our typical starting threshold. We then look at the underlying business and what supports those earnings.
THE PEOPLE IN PLACE
We look for an established management team, with the capability and knowledge to support the business through its next chapter.
THE APPROACH TO THE FUTURE
A management team willing to have constructive conversations about the future, consider ideas and explore a transition.
We keep our sector focus broad. A potential acquisition still needs to meet the business, management and financial criteria—and be right for both sides.
02 / YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR NEXT CHAPTER.
You may be exploring retirement, succession or simply what the next stage of life could look like.
You don’t need to have every answer before an initial discussion. Start with your situation and questions.
Price matters. So do the people, the practicalities and the future of the business. Those deserve a proper conversation.
03 / A CLEAR WAY TO BEGIN
A useful first conversation starts with listening.
Tell me what the business does, your role in it and what you’re considering. We can then decide whether it makes sense to explore the opportunity further. There’s no expectation that an introductory call leads to a transaction.
