I’m Aeron Mathers—a property investor, developer and board advisor, with over 25 years of hands-on experience in UK residential and commercial property.
MY STORY
It started with
one HMO in Hemel.
My property journey began with a single HMO in Hemel Hempstead. Over time, it developed into a portfolio spanning residential and commercial property, strategic acquisitions and longer-term development projects.
That experience includes property splits, lease options, planning-led opportunities and repositioning assets. My interest has always been in understanding how the pieces fit together: the property or business, the structure of the deal and the practical work needed afterwards.
Today, I’m a Board Advisor at Moreways Group Ltd. I support business owners, investors and acquirers in exploring property-backed opportunities, including acquisitions and redevelopment.
Alongside that work, I’m pursuing small-business acquisitions. We keep our sector focus broad, typically looking for annual net profit above £200,000, an established management team and an open-minded approach.
